The project is located at Block 9, Sungai Bedaun, Salak Land District, Kuching, Sarawak. The main objective of this project is to build an affordable housing for quality house and on time and the budget. Daya Builders Sdn Bhd was appointed by LCDA Holdings Sdn Bhd to carry out this project comply with the JKR Sarawak standard specifications. 

The scope of work shall comprise the planning, construction, equipping, supervision, testing and commissioning, all in accordance with the JKR Sarawak's requirement. The work shall include but shall not be limited to the following building & facilities:
