RSP SPAOH, BETONG
The project commencement date is on 28 June 2022. The project is awarded to Daya Builders Sdn Bhd as Conventional Contract by Housing Development Corporation. The contract period for this project is 24 months and schedule to complete on 27 June 2024.
The scope of work shall comprise of the planning, construction, equipments, supervision, testing and commissioning, all strictly in accordance with Housing Development Corporation's requirement. The works shall include and shall not limited to the following buildings & facilities:
- Building Works: 71 units Double Storey Detached Houses
- External Works: HT/LT Services / External Telecommunication Services, Retaining Wall, Roadworks, Surface Water Drainage, Water Reticulation, Footpath & Turfing.
