RGC SEMOP
The site is located at RGC Semop, Pulau Bruit Land District, Mukah Division, Sarawakand accessible by road from Sibu with ferry crossing near Pula Bruit.
The project has been sand filled with basic infrastructures such as road and drainage, water and electricity has been implemented. The total no of units for the whole project is 300 units of 700 sq. feet per unit. The proposal provides for the simple yet modern living with all the basic amenities included. The design can also cater for future expansion.
The scope of work shall comprise of the planning, construction, equipments, supervision, testing and commissioning, all strictly in accordance with Land Custody and Development Authority requirement.
