DARUL HANA 1A (PACKAGE 3)
Cadangan pembinaan 60 unit Rumah Teres Dua Tingkat, Pembangunan Darul Hana, Blok 1A, Di Jalan Tun Salahuddin, Kuching is a project developed by Housing Development Corporation (HDC).
The land owner is Land Custody & Development Authority (LCDA).
The scope of works ia comprised of design, construction, supervision, testing and commisioning for Block 1A, Darul Hana. The contract scope of works are as followed:
- Piling Works for Package 3 (Block 1A) for 60 units of houses.
- Building Works for Package 3 (60 units) including internal mechanical, electrical and telecommunication services.
